Florencio “Flo” Moreno is a Texas-based personal injury attorney, entrepreneur, and military officer. Born and raised in San Antonio, he grew up in a small family business where he learned the value of hard work and taking care of people — lessons that now shape his approach to legal representation.
After earning his Bachelor’s in Political Science from Texas Tech, Flo served 9 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force, logging over 1,300 hours as a B-52 Navigator and serving as an Air Liaison Officer to CENTCOM Forward at the U.S. Embassy in Jordan. During his military service, he also earned his MBA and later completed a Master’s in Military Operational Art and Science with a focus in Joint Warfare. He continues to serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard.
After leaving active duty, Flo earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law, graduating in 2017 and becoming a licensed Texas attorney in 2018. He founded Flo4Law, a personal injury firm focused on helping people recover physically, financially, and emotionally after serious accidents. His mission: real advocacy, real results.
Flo also owns Flo4Law Racing, a professional MotoAmerica team that serves as a unique, outside-the-box marketing platform to grow and promote the Flo4Law brand. He’s currently developing a legal-tech platform to help law firms and medical providers work more efficiently under Letters of Protection.
Whether in the courtroom, the paddock, or in uniform, Flo brings sharp strategy, steady leadership, and relentless drive to everything he does.
